This fortified sweet port-style wine is a proprietary blend of red grapes and vintages aged in
French Oak barrels for 5 years. Bottle-aged for 2-½ years prior to release with notes of chocolate and jammy, dark bramble fruit on the nose.
This non-vintage dessert wine is the culmination of a little experimentation over the last few years and is a proprietary blend of white wine grapes and artistry from Monterey County. Although a dessert wine, it is dry and perfect for enjoying on its own, as an apertif or blended into a homemade artisan cocktail.
