Elegant and complex with aromas of honeysuckle, stonefruit & limepeel. This wine is balanced with bright acidity. A most quaffable, versatile wine and best when served chilled with hors d’oeuvres, spicy Asian or California fusion dishes- or on its own in warm weather.

A wonderful example of what Pinot Blanc can be -- light & fruity with notes of pear & apple; slightly smoky with a crisp acidity, minerality & long finish. Enjoy on its own or with crab cakes, seafood bisque, chicken cordon bleu or a spring vegetable stew.
